Collage Night Prince George

Join Mycelium and the UNBC Northern Pride Centre for a night of ARTISTIC EXPRESSION, COMMUNITY CONNECTION, and hands-on crafting with peers! Explore various materials and mediums, express yourself through collage, and enjoy a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, all necessary supplies and snacks will be provided! ​🎨🖼️. 

Accessibility 

This event will be held at University of Northern British Columbia (University of Northern British Columbia (Room 6-390 – April Price Boardroom  & Northern Pride Centre) (333 University Way, Prince George, BC V2N 4Z9, Canada). 

This venue is wheelchair accessible. Gender-neutral washrooms are available. Location is accessible via Prince George Transit System. 

The event is FREE and open to youth ages 16 -29. If you need support with transportation, please get in touch with Colby ahead of time.

Mycelium Description 

Mycelium is a space for queer & trans youth 16-29 across what is currently known as BC, where we gather to center healing, pleasure, and justice in our lives as we envision and create a world liberated from HIV & Hep C stigma. 

We are committed to reducing stigma related to HIV & Hep C and to building communities where we feel safe talking about the highs and lows of sex, drugs, relationships and all the things that bring us pleasure. 

Land Acknowledgement 

Mycelium events take place on traditional, unceded territories of various First Nations in what is now colonially referred to as ‘British Columbia’. We hold this fact in our hearts and actions throughout our work at Mycelium. Our team is committed to an ongoing process of learning what it means to do work on this land in a way that brings us closer to Indigenous Sovereignty.
