Join Yúusnewas and Mycelium for our first collaboration with Harmony Garden and Slice of Life Gallery!
Our New Year New Market is designed to be the most accessible space we can offer, with lots of time given for creation, access to drivers, and priority given to marginalized youth.
For Artists:
We will make this the most accessible we can! Slice of Life gallery has a back entrance that will be open for wheelchair accessibility through the alley, and will also be providing vendors tables and chairs.
Artist Applications are open for BIPOC, Queer and Disabled youth, ages 16-35.
Slice of Life Gallery will be providing tables, chairs, and garment racks, so no need to bring your own furniture. Just bring your creations!
For Volunteers:
We are looking for drivers to help artists get to and from the venue, as well as floaters, who will be assisting set up and tear down on the day of, as well as running any errands the artists may need.
We will need able bodied volunteers who can stand and lift, preferably youth between the ages of 16-35.
If you want to volunteer, but cant stand or lift, that's ok too! Let us know what your access needs are, and we will accommodate for that.
