Trans March: Poster & Sign-Making

As Vancouver’s Trans March approaches, we would like to invite you to join us in honoring this day with other trans folx, and our allies!

You are invited to make signs and banners with us, as we show love and support for our community.

As always, snacks are free, along with options for tea, juice, and coffee.

Come let your creativity run free, while we listen to some music, and share in some snacks and stories.

Mpowerment is a space for queer and trans young people ages 19 to 29 years old to meet, have fun and support each other in making informed decisions about our sexual health!

We are committed to reducing stigma related to HIV and to building communities where we feel safe talking about the highs and lows of sex, drugs, relationships and all the things that bring us pleasure.

This event will be taking place on the ancestral, unceded, and occupied territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh and Tsleil-Waututh nations.

ACCESSIBILITY

This event is free to attend and open to young people ages 19 to 29 years old.

Our space is located on the second floor, accessible by elevator or stairs. We have two all gender washrooms, one of which is a large accessible washroom.
