To confirm your space at camp, we need to receive the following forms for each of your campers by January 6, 2016. 

• Registration Form
• Confidential Health History Form
• Transportation Form

Please also make sure you read over the Camp Moomba Behaviour Agreement with your camper(s) and make sure they understand it.
