Join the Mycelium Garden!

The Mycelium Garden is getting ready for its second year! 🌼 Our garden is one way for us as queer and trans youth to connect and learn more about food security, the land we live on, and the systems we live in.

🌿 What’s New for 2026

This year, we’re trying something new to make it easier for youth to follow their plants’ growth over the season and for us to work around everyone’s schedules.
In 2026, our plot will be split into three sections:

🌻 Two youth sections: Each will belong to one youth gardener for the year. Priority will go to racialized youth, disabled youth, poz youth, and youth experiencing food and/or housing insecurity.

🌾 One community section: This area is for anyone who wants to share space, garden for part of the year, or join in on a more flexible schedule.

All gardeners will have access to free seeds, tools, and gardening support. No experience needed!
