Are you a foodie? Craving some good street-food?
Then come join us at the Richmond Night Market for a fun hangout, where we’ll be meandering about the market, getting snacks along the way! There will be live entertainment ranging from music and dance performances, to carnival games and rides.
Mpowerment will provide FREE zoom passes for express entry. Bring yourselves, and bring some cash for getting some snacks and knick-knacks at the market!
We’ll be meeting at the Mpowerment Headquarters at 6pm, and leaving at 6.15pm. Alternatively, meet us at Bridgeport station between 6.40pm to 6.55pm. We will post updates to indicate where we’ll be waiting. :)

Mpowerment is a queer-centered, trans-inclusive, and gender affirming space for young adults (19 - 29 years old) to meet, make friends, and talk about the highs and lows of sex, drugs, relationships and all the things that bring us pleasure. We work to create safer spaces for all young people including those of us living with HIV.
This event will be taking place on the ancestral, unceded, and occupied territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, and Tsleil-Waututh nations.

ACCESSIBILITY
There may be flashing strobe lights near the stage area, which could potentially trigger seizures for folx with epilepsy, migraines, and/or chronic headaches.
Due to the venue being an open-air environment, this will not be a scent-reduced event.
Unfortunately, this event will also not be nut-free and peanut-free as there are a variety of foods being prepared openly. There is a strong possibility of exposure to airborne particles from nuts and fruits for those with airborne allergies.
The venue is wheelchair accessible.
This event is FREE and open to youth ages 19-29 years old.
