The holiday season is here!! Join Mpowerment PG as we create toolkits that will support us as we indulge in self-care practices throughout the holidays.
Let’s set the vibes right for this holiday season with some new self-care ideas! During the winter season it can be especially important to turn inwards and find strategies to care for ourselves and each other. This event will include: baking, games, and affirmation art! By the end of the event we will have a gift bag full of items to treat ourselves with!
RSVP at www.youthco.org/holidayselfcare to start creating your holiday self-care toolkit!
Face masks are mandatory as we want to ensure the safety of our participants. Following the provincial guidance, we will be offering disposable PPE and sanitizer at our events. It is important that we work together to keep everyone safe.
This event will take place at Positive Living North: 1563 2 Ave, Prince George, BC V2L 3B8. The entrance is at the back at the top of the stairs, if you need help accessing this event please reach out!
