Online: Holiday Self-care

The holiday season is here!! Join Mpowerment PG as we create toolkits that will support us as we indulge in self-care practices throughout the holidays.

Let’s set the vibes right for this holiday season with some new self-care ideas! During the winter season it can be especially important to turn inwards and find strategies to care for ourselves and each other. This online event will include: baked goods, games, and affirmation art! By the end of the event we will have a gift bag full of items to treat ourselves with!

Mpowerment strides to make safer spaces for queer and trans youth to connect, discuss, and support each other in sexual health, harm reduction, and building a strong queer and trans community in Prince George

 At YouthCO we committed to reducing stigma related to HIV and to building communities where we feel safe talking about the highs and lows of sex, drugs, relationships and all the things that bring us pleasure.

This event will be taking place on the unceded ancestral territories of the Lhedli T’enneh peoples
