FROMANCE

fromance 2023 2

When: February 03, 2023 at 1:00pm - 8pm

Contact: Jessica ·

Fromance is inspired by the global community that celebrates women living with HIV over the first two weeks of February. This campaign by the International Community of Women Living with HIV has inspired us to put our own spin on celebrating positive youth throughout February.

Lunch & Jewelry Making

Location and time: 401-1101 Seymour Street @ 1 PM

This year we are glad to be collaborating with Aids Vancouver on a jewelry-making event. Did you know that one of the benefits of jewelry making isn't just making beautiful pieces of wearable art but it reduces anxiety, boosts your mood, and even slows your heart rate.
  • This event is specifically for non-binary people, femmes and women of all ages.

Dinner Party

Location and time: 1404 Commercial drive @ 5 PM

YouthCO is inviting you to a celebration of love, life and romance for those of us living with HIV. Join us for a delicious dinner in the Metro Vancouver area.

  • This event is specifically for youth only.

This event is a  *FREE* event by and for youth living with HIV

YouthCO is able to support youth from across BC to attend this event:

  • We are able to offer bus tickets, gas money, and/or rideshares for youth in the Lower Mainland!

If you would like to attend and live outside the Lower Mainland, let us know as soon as possible and we can work with you to make travel arrangements at no cost to you.

  • For rideshares in the Lower Mainland, get in touch with us by February 1st.
  • We will have bus tickets available at YouthCO during the event. If you need a bus ticket in advance, get in touch and we can make sure that happens.
