All About Boundaries

All About Boundaries

When: September 26, 2020 at 3:00pm - 4:30pm

Where: Zoom (rsvp for link)

Contact: Bill · · 604-445-5678

Boundaries are the beautiful grey areas between our mind, body and spirit that allows room for the expansion of these three aspects of us. As the summer ends and we move into the greyer areas of physical distancing, boundaries can get more blurry too. This is the perfect opportunity for us to learn and discuss how we can communicate, set and move with our boundaries in order for our needs to be met.

Join us for a discussion night about boundaries, needs and everything in between. We will explore how we experience boundaries in our bodies, how boundaries can keep us safe, why boundaries exist and how they shift over time. This is a great opportunity to discuss and learn about our boundaries in a low barrier setting with other queer and trans young people.
