Open to all youth and abilities. We will start a 10km program from scratch with the goal of entering a YouthCO team for the Sun Run.
Health looks different for everyone and, whatever our HIV status, running can be an enjoyable form of self-care. Come join our group of active and friendly YouthCO peeps, get some exercise and meet some new people.
Coffee/Mocha socializing in the office after every Sunday run.
