Come enjoy the latest Italian exhibit at the infamous Burnaby Art Gallery with Mpowerment Fraser! Get an exclusive look at the latest exhibit with the curator of the current exhibit as well as the spooky history of the art gallery too! This is also a fun way to experience local culture while meeting other young gay, bi, queer and trans people in your area! Come try something new!
 
We will meetup at Bay 6 at Metrotown (4401 Beresford St) at 3:00pm – 3:30pm and then head to the Burnaby Art Gallery (6344 Deer Lake Ave, Burnaby, BC V5G 2J3) together!

Mpowerment is a space for queer and trans young people ages 19 to 29 years old to meet, have fun and support each other in making informed decisions about our sexual health!
 
We are committed to reducing stigma related to HIV and to building communities where we feel safe talking about the highs and lows of sex, drugs, relationships and all the things that bring us pleasure.
 
This event will be taking place on the unceded and occupied territories of the Musqueam (Burnaby, Vancouver, and Surrey)

Due to the venue being a closed environment, this will be a scent-reduced event, though we can’t ensure others won’t have perfumes or strong smells at the venue.
 
This venue is wheelchair accessible except for the second floor of the gallery
 
This event is FREE and open to youth ages 19-29 years old.
