Let’s slow down and take a deep breath together!
Qi Gong is an ancient practice of energy, movement, breath and meditation. It allows us to relax our nervous systems and come back into our bodies and minds. Mpowerment BC is doing a virtual qi gong session where we will move our bodies in gentle and affirming ways. Join us in relaxing our minds and building a mindfulness practice that is unique to ourselves.
