Whether you've been naughty or nice this year, you're invited to come close the year in a good way with Mpowerment at our holiday hangout!

There'll be music, food, festive vibes and fun times! We'll be making gifts for loved ones in our lives, we'll bring all the supplies, you just bring yourself!

Mpowerment is a space for queer and trans young people ages 19 to 29 years old to meet, have fun and support each other in making informed decisions about our sexual health!

We are committed to reducing stigma related to HIV and to building communities where we feel safe talking about the highs and lows of sex, drugs, relationships and all the things that bring us pleasure.

This event will be taking place on the ancestral, unceded, and occupied territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh and Tsleil-Waututh nations.

ACCESSIBILITY

This event is free to attend and open to young people ages 19 to 29 years old.

Our space is located on the second floor, accessible by elevator or stairs. We have two all gender washrooms, one of which is a large accessible washroom.

We ask that you join us in making this event as scent-reduced as possible. This means maybe using fragrance-free products in lieu of any scented-products you may usually use.

A variety of dinner options will be available including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and meat options.
