Not even a pandemic can stop us from creating Moomba Magic!

It’s true: we do love campfire, so much so, we’ll be recreating this camp tradition online, along with our annual talent show, Greatest Show On Earth!! Campers are encouraged to sign up to show and tell our skills, performances, and talents. By connecting online, we know there are even more talents, skills, and performances our campers will be able to show us, whether by singing a campfire song (we can help you remember the words to our favourite songs!) or by being part of GSOE! LD campers are a huge part of hosting the Greatest Show On Earth during camp! In our now online camp reality, campers of any age are welcome to help us bring this exciting evening to life! Online Programming

This will be taking place on a digital meeting platform called Zoom. You’ll need a laptop, smart phone, tablet or other device with a camera and mic capabilities, the Zoom app, and internet or a data plan, to attend. You can download the app here: https://zoom.us/.

We are able to help camp families access or borrow these devices for camp programming. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you would like support with this. Please email us ([email protected]) or text or call if you need help (778-952-5550).

Confidentiality

Your RSVP will not be published on the website. It will only been by this year's camp programming team of Jessica, Samira, Annabelle, Wendy, Val & Sarah.

This program is only open to campers who have attended Camp Moomba before, YouthCO staff, and group leaders who have attended Camp Moomba two or more times.

One of our most important agreements is related to confidentiality. We really appreciate your trust in us, and we work with our whole community to honour this trust. As camp is taking place online this year, we are thinking about confidentiality in new ways. If you would like to learn more about how we are keeping our programs confidential, please let us know!
