ABOUT US

Mpowerment PG is a space for queer and trans young people (16-30~) to connect, support, and learn everything that brings us joy. Mpowerment is dedicated to building community, peer networks, and harm reduction.

YouthCO is committed to reducing stigma related to HIV and Hep C; it is important for us to create spaces where youth can come connect, learn, and support each other on sex, drugs, relationships and all things that bring us pleasure.

Mpowerment PG operates on the unceded territories of the Lheidli T’enneh and Dakeł Keyoh (ᑕᗸᒡ ᗲᘏᑋ) in what we call now call Prince George. It is important that we acknowledge that we are working, playing, and living on indigenous land and that indigenous people continue to live here today. I would like to thank and honour the space that was wrongfully stolen from the people who call this place home.
