Feeling Berry Good: Mpowerment Hangout

With the weather getting warmer, it’s the perfect time to go berry picking at Maan Farms! 

Let’s enjoy that sunshine while petting farm animals and gathering some delicious fruit to take home! :) 

We will meet outside of Maan Farms (790 McKenzie Road, Abbotsford) between 12:45PM – 1:00PM Saturday June 22, 2019

Mpowerment is a space for queer and trans young people ages 19 to 29 years old to meet, have fun and support each other in making informed decisions about our sexual health!

We are committed to reducing stigma related to HIV and to building communities where we feel safe talking about the highs and lows of sex, drugs, relationships and all the things that bring us pleasure.

This event will be taking place on the unceded and occupied territories of the Matsqui and Sema:th peoples.

ACCESIBILITY

Due to the venue being an open-air environment, this will not be a scent-reduced event. Animals will be at the farm for anyone with particular allergies. The parking lot and trails have gravel and there is an accessibility washroom available.
