If you don't know who he is by now...
Dirceu was born in El Salvador and migrated to Canada at the ripe age of four. He grew up in London, Ontario :( where he studied Linguistics at the University of Western Ontario but always had secret desires to move to the West Coast. So! He moved to Vancouver 3 years ago and after several boring career choices he found himself here at YouthCO! He Administrates YouthCO like no other and also poses as the Mega-Hottie at the reception desk. 

In his spare time he enjoys long walks on the beach, ocean vistas, science fiction, haute couture, smiling with his eyes, sunsets, rough outdoor activities, cuddle parties, beards, swimming, elimination, disco glamour, and dropping it like it's hot.
