Individual support is a program offered for HIV or Hepatitis C positive youth. The Support Program Coordinator develops a support plan with each person addressing their individual needs. Members are may be offered a safe place to be in our member lounge, a place to be heard, referrals and advocacy for housing or disability, or help negotiating the medical system. Whatever the youth needs we try to help. These services can be provided at YouthCO's office space, or at a site in the community that is comfortable and accessible for the member or potential member.
